Just a note. Make sure you have SQL Server is stop (or deattach the databases) or the sql files will not be defragmented.

From previous posts the native defragger is a cut down version of Diskeeper.
If your files are across a RAID array or a SAN then be careful with your chosen defrag tool.
I did some reading on this and at the time I believed that defraggers had no relevance to either of these technologies but apparently there is the physical file and there is the equivalent of a file allocation table. Defraggers designed for RAID and SAN ensure that the entries in the file allocation table are contigious and so give a performance boost that way.
