When I try to make a change in enterprise management studio, for instance configuring the max and min amount of memory that sql is set to use, or checking the enable AWE box I recieve the following error.
'Microsoft SQL SERVER Management Studio
Allter failed. (Micorsoft.SqlServer.Smo)
Additional Information:
An exception occured while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch.
(Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)
User does not have permission to perform this action.
You do not have permisssion to run the Reconfigure statement. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 15247)'
I am signing into Enterprise Management Studio with the SA usercode and password. SA is set up at the SysAdmin.
Any Suggestions

The issue is resolved after a reboot last night.
