Migrating Microsoft Access Reports to Reporting Services SQL 2005

    Hi All

    I am looking to start migrating access 2003 reports I have to reporting services in SQL 2005. I have had a look on the web and there are instructions on how to migrate access reports to reporting servcies SQL 2000.

    The method used is right clicking on reports folder in solution explorer and selecting import reports > microsoft access.

    This is not available to me in Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 version I have. Is this by design, ie I have to migrate the reports to first reporting services 2000 and then import into reporting services SQL 2005 or am I missing some functionality.

     

    Any help much appreciated.

    Are you using VS2005 or the SQL Server Business Intelligence Developmetn Studio (yeah, I know, basically the same thing/shell)?  I'm using the released version and the option is definitely there (Developer edition, so effectively enterprise edn).

    I tried both and the same thing, I guess they did not include the feature in the Beta 2 version. I have ordered the release version and am awaiting the the software.
