Looking for Article: ..First Day as a DBA

  A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far way, I read an article like "Things to do on your first day as a DBA" or something to that effect.  I thought it was by Steve Jones, but I can't find it..  Does anyone know of the article I'm talking about?

  It was about all the things you must do.. should do.. and would be nice to do.. when walking into a new environment.  It was loaded, obviously, with lots of Best Practices information that would be helpful even after many years at a shop. 

  Ideas on where to find it?
