SQL 2000 Logins to SQL 2005

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to transfer all my logins from a SQL 2000 server to SQL 2005, but it complains that I can't make any changes to the SQL 2005 system catelog.

    "Allow updates" looks like is obsolete in SQL 2005. Is there any other setting I can change to allow me to update system tables in SQL 2005??

    not sure how you try it but I done a SSIS package with a Transfer Logins Task and is doing it without errors.

    Was this NT users or SQL standard logins?
