Hello,
I've recently installed sql server 2000 on my home computer. I can create databases, but am having an issue with the dts package designer.
When I try to create a new SQL Server connection I get the following DTS Error:
"No provider exists for this connection on this computer".
I probably didn't set something up right, but I can't seem to find the answer.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
Thank you.

Hello David,
It's the SQL Server OLE DB Connection. It turns out that the version given to me was the Standard Edition as opposed to the Developer Edition. Standard only allows me to connect to other servers and not create one on the machine.
Thanks again for the response.
