    import a access file, sql2005 import wizard report:

    Operation stopped...

    - Initializing Data Flow Task (Error)

    - Initializing Connections (Stopped)

    - Setting SQL Command (Stopped)

    - Setting Source Connection (Stopped)

    - Setting Destination Connection (Stopped)

    - Validating (Stopped)

    - Prepare for Execute (Stopped)

    - Pre-execute (Stopped)

    - Executing (Stopped)

    - Copying to [test].[dbo].[test1] (Stopped)

    - Post-execute (Stopped)

    - Cleanup (Stopped)

    Hard to really say without knowing what the error was you encountered. Try looking at the Progress tab and scrolling through the output to get the error or show details if you're using the wizard.
