we want to export a cube which is created in sql server analysis manager and oracle as a background into another sql server

If you're cube is currently in AS2000 then:
- to take it to AS2005, use the Import Cube project type in the BI Dev Studio
- to take it to another AS2000 server in your network
- use copy and paste through enterprise manager, or
- use archive and restore
As Yaniv pointed out, provide a little more detail of what you're trying to achieve and we can hopefully give you some pointers as to how to achieve it.
