I have a document map with my reporting service 2005 report. When I preview the report in visual studio, the scroll bar appears with the document map and I can scroll through the complete document map.
When the report is deployed to the server, the scroll bar does appear on the document map; however, it only lets you scroll to just the first few items (just what can fit on the initial display). The scroll bar works okay for the body of the report, its just the document map that has a problem with scrolling.
Does anyone know how I can get the scroll bar to scroll through the entire listing of the document map when the report is deployed?
I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you very much. Julie

I have a similar behavior, however when I hide the document map using the icon just above the name Document Map and then un-hide it I get a useable scroll bar.

I've noticed this today. Very frustrating. Looks like a bug to me. However there is a way you can scroll down the full list of document map labels and that's by using the arrow keys. Bit rubbish really. What I've found is that if the document map labels are wider than the default width you get a horizontal scroll bar. This, from my experience, seems to be the key to this issue. If you pull the scroll bar over to the right hand side of this window you'll see another vertical scroll bar. You now have TWO VERTICAL SCROLL BARS! which is a little ridiculous! Haven't worked how to get rid of the other one. This internal vertical scroll bar does work though. I don't want to limit the label really to a certain width but you could do this on your report though if it's any help. Not sure whether this has been reported to Microsoft.
