Maintenance Plans on 2005

    We have 4 clusters running 2005, each with the same install.

    I have been able to create Maintenance plans on all but on server.

    I get the error message

     

    'Create failed for job "jobname"

     

    It does create both the maintenance plans and the jobs, but there aren't any steps in the job, so it

    won't run..

    Any ideas?

    I have *exactly* the same problem and this is only happening on one of our servers. Did you ever find out how to resolve this issue?

    Nope, just created my own jobs....
