Hi,
Need some expert help here!!!!
I have a quad server with 8GB memory. Running SQL server 2000 (sp3a). We are using MS reporting services to generate reports form the database...
OK, now the problem:
Any stored proc that gets executed from MS reports only runs on one CPU... (At 100%) , but if I run the same stored proc in Query Analyzer.... It uses all 8 CPU's!!!!! The first one run for about 1 min, and the one out of Query Analyzer only run for 13 sec!!!!
Please help!!!

I could be wrong on the second half of the answer ... maybe someone else can confirm:
SQL Server is SMP aware - i.e uses multiple processors
SQL RSS is not SMOP aware
