Changing Userid and Pwd For Sql Server Service Account in Clustering Sql V7.0

    Hello,

    Can somebody help me in doing this?

    We are wanting to change the sql servive accounts in sql server v 7 active/passive cluster.Could you pls let me know what is the best way of doing this.

    I am thinking of doing this .let me know if this is correct

     

    On the active node, stop the sql cluster service

    Change the account under services, start the cluster services again.Failover and do the same.
