  This was posted in the wrong area so please ignore...thanks.

   

  Hello all,

  I'd really appreciate if anyone can shed some light on my problem...

  When any jobs run, regardless of the type of steps within it, the sysjobhistory table and the sysjobsteps table in msdb, are not being updated re job status/last run date but the sysjobschedule is being updated re next run date etc.

  Help!!!

  All I can think of is on the properties of SQL Server Agent -> Job System tab.

  Is the 'Limit size of job history log' set to zero?
