Red-Gate SQL Compare is good....and very reasonably priced for what you're getting. The Data Compare is o.k....but not as good as SQL Compare especially at identifying/scripting changes....or at least the version I used wasn't. Fine to produce a "potential difference set to be eyeballed", but I wasn't brave enough to let it synchronise the data. Awareness of referential integrity and the order in which to perform inserts/deletes is something a DBA must add to the use of the product.
It's available on a trial version as well.

Been using SQL Compare and SQL Data Compare from Red-Gate for some time and really like it. Actually it saved us quite a bit of time once when our failover process didn't quite work right and we had to synchronize data between two servers (about 200 thousand records were different). The tool was a godsend.
The folks at Red-Gate are quick to answer questions and provide improvements. That lead us to purchase more tools from them such as their SQL Backup and Log Recovery tools.
