I m new be for learning sql 2000.
My conf as under
1) I have logged in Win 2003 server with admin rights and installed sql 2K .so I m able to start Sql server that can accessed by different client in n/w.
2) as another login (guest) can start Sql Server on same m/c.
3) My goal is that only login with admin rights can start sql server on that m/c. No other login (rights) can do it?
but i donno exact steps or way , so help me

If u want that sql server starts with admin login then u have to create logins in sql server and give them permission to start and stop services.and that users must be in domain.

Yeah as Sufian said,
Just add the users in the security folder of SQLServer and put them under the role of Administrator, thus if you only add administrators, only administrators will be able to login!
