If you right click on the icon with the red dot and select MSSQLServer - Start from the menu, what happens?

Logs are usually in /program files/microsoft sql server/msql/logs. check there or the Windows Event log for details on why it won't start.

If you cannot start server: it could be due to insufficient permissions.

The sql server evaluation period has expired according to the msql/log.
I would like a bit more time to test.
How would I do it?
What command could I use to copy the msdb database and its objects(stored procedures and user defind functions also.)
Thank you!
