I recently installed reporting services on a win2k advanced server. The report service runs as LocalSystem and connects to the db with a sql username/password. The web site is set to disallow anonymous access and to use windows authentication. When I try to connect to the report manager while logged in as local or domain admin, the page loads fine. When I try logged in as anyone else, I get the following error
"The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server."
The user that I'm connecting as has been added to a local windows group and has been given sufficient permissions to access the web site (read of the report manager root dir and the framework files)
I know it's an permissions problem, but I'm unsure where exactly the problem lies.
Can anyone shed a bit of light on this?
