DB Hammer Error

    Hi,

    I've set up the stored procedures and the test database in order to do some load testing of a new server with the Database Hammer utility (VB6) from the SQL 2K Resource Kit.

    When I run the ProcMaster application it fails immediately and I get the error message:

    'Problem encountered during processing: -2147217913' 

    I've spent an hour looking for information online and I've double checked all the database names, UID name, password etc.

    Has anyone seen this issue before? Any help would be appreciated?

    This error means data type mismatch.

    There is bug in DBHammer, you have to fixed themin VB code

    Hi,

    I also encountered the same bug while running the DB Hammer test but it was not immediately after i ran the proc master. Is this really a bug due to VB code or are there any issues for this test from Microsoft? Can any1 tell how this bug can be fixed, if this is a bug?
