I have set up a xp_sendmail as my last step within my SQL Job
All it does is tell the mobile phone user that the job has finished.
What I want to know is can I format the email
The reason why I want to do this is because in the body of the email automatically put 2 blank lines in and 2 line of dashes e.g. "-". I want to get rid of these so it only sends the text I want and therefore use less space
I hope someone can help

xp_sendmail has limited formatting options. I dropped ASPEmail on one of my servers and then use a DTS task (active X) to send a smaller email out to pagers/cell phones.
