Our company located in New Jersey is seeking a Sr. SQL Server Architect that can perform the tasks below. We are looking to hire as a fulltime employee. If anyone is interested or can recommend someone I would like to speak with you. Thank you for your time!

Assess the current environment
- Develop SQL DB standards (hardware, installation, and configuration)
- Standardize replication/recovery mechanism
- Develop highly available and fault tolerant database infrastructure architecture
- Develop plan and strategy to remediate all non-standard SQL installations
- Create performance tuning and capacity planning guidelines
- Develop standard installation/configuration parameters and settings
- Develop monitoring practices and troubleshooting procedures
- Develop best practices for bulk loading and other resource intensive data processing cycles.
- Maintain software lifecycles for patches, hotfixes, and/or upgrades.
- Review data requirements and recommend best practices to meet project needs
- Sizing and volumetric of the database implementations based on project needs
- Responsible for establishing logical and physical data modeling guidelines for the Development
- Responsible for writing detailed architecture and infrastructure documentations for projects involving SQL servers.
- Review all SQL server implementations to ensure it adheres to the established standards
