  Has anyone seen this before? I feel that it has something to do with locks and deadlocking. The verbage in the logs is like this:

  Victim Resource Owner:

  Then:

  ResType:ExchangeId Stype:'AND' SPID:66 ECID:3 Ec:(0x63572098) Value:0x2f435760 Cost:(0/2710)

  What does this mean and how can I get this to stop happening? This error occurs at least once a day. Any advice is appreciated.

  You are right. You have deadlock issues.

  It is specifying which thread has been chosen. SQL Server will terminate the chosen thread and any sub-threads to break the deadlock cycle.
