I am getting the following messages while connecting to Analysis services.
Unable to connect to the registry on the server (server name), or you are not a member of the OLAP administrators group on this server.
I checked the user in Administrator group and it's there.
when I install Analysis Services on other computer it works find but I don't understand why it's not working on my machine.

I know it's probably a typo, but you did checkthat the user was a member of the 'OLAP Administrators' (ie not 'Administrators') group?
Assuming the answer is yes, then the other fix I have used for this is as follows...
[Warning Quasi Registry Hack Ahead!!!]
Ok, open your registry (don't use regedit, use regedt32), using HKLM (hkey local machine) navigate thru to the \\HKLM\Software\Microsoft\OLAP Server node. Select this node then select Security|Permissions from the menus at top of screen. Ensure that the OLAP Administrators has permissions on this node, also if daring, give explicit permissions on the node (and children) to the particular Windows user account.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not good procedure to apply security this way. It may be the case that for some reason the security permissions weren't set at install, but this is usually better fixed by reinstalling.
ALthough I have done this reg hack before, I am now a big advocate of reinstallation and/or reapplication of SP3.
Hope this helps...

There was only one group EVERYONE in the security tab of two files MSMDREP and MSMDQLOG and have full control. I then added OLAP administrator group in the security and give full control.
I also check the registry security and OLAP administrator is there.
I am still getting the same error.
First time when I register Machine NAME in the Analysis service I get the FOLLOWING ERROR
Error occured while connecting to server name. cannot connect to the repository.
Error.
Not a valid account name and password.

Yes, you need to install sql2kasp3.exe, mandatory if you are using windows xp, in order for server analysis to work. Once you get to processing cubes, you will run into further problems. Let me know if you need help.
