I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has taken exams 70-305 or 70-306. How difficult are these exams compared to other exams you have taken ? Can the material be learned quickly from doing the examples in a book ?
I passed the 70-176 exam covering VB 6 a couple years ago, so I'm hoping that a good book and a little practice is enough to pass the 70-305 "Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET" exam. Any advice or resources used to study for this exam would be greatly appreciated !!!

I took the VB.Net exam. Doable. We used the MS study guide and did quite a bit of hands on (got an article posted about it). I dont know that just doing the examples will be enough. In some ways VB.Net is not a big change, but there are lots of little changes that add up.

Thanks Andy. Your article was informative and I will definately use the Transcender practice tests again because of your recommendation. Did you like the MS Press book, "MCAD/MCSD Self-Paced Training Kit: Developing Web Applications with Microsoft® Visual Basic® .NET and Microsoft Visual C#™ .NET" ? Besides this book and Transcender, did you use anything else to prepare ?
Here's a link to Andy's article in case anyone missed it:
