Hi all,
My client, a true leader in their field, is looking for a SQL Server DBA with 4+ years of experience to support corporate databases.
Even better is this person will be groomed to become the Peoplesoft DBA, so any applicants should be willing to learn PS database technologies.
The position is contract to hire, and consultant must be within driving distance to Richmond, VA, as several interviews will take place prior to an offer being extended.
Salary Range: 65-70K with excellent benefits.

Hello,
I'm in RVA but have only been doing SQL for 2 years, so I'm short on experience. Plus, I have had little guidance since starting so I have no way to judge my progress. (I just know I've eliminated a few co-workers.)
I know there is a computer school across the street from us called New Horizons. I did speak with them about their DBA cert. class and they guaranteed that they could find me a job, so maybe they have some people there who could help.

I have 4+ years experience, but staying in India. Does it ok for you if the person from outside of America...
