When I run ITW by default it uses 200 workload queries. Is it producing accurate recommendations by using 200 queries? If not then what is the ideal number? And when it is analyzing the database and workload I can click to end the evaluation then go to the recommendation. Same question: is it producing accurate recommendations by bypassing the evaluation?
Thanks.

I've had problems with the machine falling asleep and not wanting to be bothered if I put more than 100 queries in the evaluation. 50 and 75 work quickly.
The evaluations are just a guide. I take a look at it and decide whether they are worth the effort or not.
I have to admit I don't bypass the evaluation - I set the queries and the size of the index (no more than 4) and then let it go.
