Error running DTS as Job -- sqldts.hlp missing

  I recently ran a DTS as a job and got the following error message which references sqldts.hlp. I can't find this help file located on my machine anywhere. Where is this file located and can anyone tell me what the following error message means?

  If the pkg runs from DTS then you problem is the schedule, check this link
