Saved company $400K compared to commercial systems within a two year period.

    * Designed, coded, and deployed a freight bill tracking system which impacted core business of a $3M per year company by raising efficiency and sustaining key customers during market recession.

    * Created a holistic product support information system deployed on LAN, 20 generations of CD-ROM, impacting work efficiency of 200+ internal employees and externally 150+ business affiliates. Employee satisfaction metrics were very high.

    * Invented several mathematical criterions for quality control action levels, one of which is now taught in U.S. college curriculum as the Grier Diagram Quality Control, Sixth Edition, Professor Dale H. Besterfield, College of Engineering and Technology, Southern Illinois University). Impacted employer's QA field analysis methods worldwide by developing processes, which coordinated national repair data and sales data, then provided QA analysis and action levels.
