Open Analysis Manager and right click on "Analysis Servers" folder. Select "About Analysis Services" and a window will appear.
8.00.194 means no Service Packs
8.00.382 means SP1 has been installed
8.00.532 means SP2 has been installed

If a new SP comes out this list is usually up to date. http://www.sql-server-performance.com/service_packs.asp

I have only the Client and DSO Components installed and do not have Analysis Manager installed. I recently applied sp3 to this machine.
Is there a way to check what service pack level I am on to verify that the sp3 install went OK without going through the Analysis Manager?
I'd appreciate any feedback you may have.
Thanks!
