Hey,
We have an application which prints a has a Crystal Report object embedded. We have 3 terminals that would print a report on average every 5 minutes. I have been watcing performance monitor and noticed that the Audit Logout duration can sometimes get quite high (174250 I saw today).
Would this have a knock on effect anywhere? I mean, could this be a bottleneck and potentially slow down SQL Server in other area's?
Were not getting any performace related issues at present but just wondered if it could potentially be an issue.?
Thanks for any feedback,
Clive Strong

I have not heard of any bottleneck issues related to Logouts. The only issue I think would be a high number of logouts and logins for the same user repeatedly over a short timeframe (not properly using pooling to keep the connection on hand or you need not logout until they are done with processing step).
