SQL Profiler not recording reads properly

  When I run Profiler on my server it always returns 0 reads. Even when I run a query that returns 15000 rows!

  Any idea why this might be the case?

  I have the same problem frequently, did you ever figure this one out?

  We are currently just restarting the SQL Server service, but this is a bad practice.

  Did you include in your monitoring file T-SQL event class SQL:BatchCompleted ?
