procedure encrypted

    Hello, I need put sp with encryption in other servers. I have a server that have some sp encrypted, but i need put in the server of my clients this sp encrypted, and i want send by mail to clients a script that realice this task.

     

    It's possible??, How move sp encrypted en other servers???

    Help.

    You may create the encrypted SPs in a dataabse, send the database to your client and let them to import SPs into their database.

    It just a thought and never test it.

    How import the client the sp??. Has restore the database?? I prove move the sp the one bd to other bd, and the sp encrypted not move???

     

    How know other solutions??

    The DTS copy Objects task might work. If you don't have a direct connection, create a small db, copy just those procs in it and send the (small) backup to the other server.
