Hi everybody,
I am a developer and I do not have so much experience on SQL Server administration.
The question I have concerns backups. I would like to know if there is any way that we can set the backup policy of one of our customers SQL Server so that they can be able to restore their database in a specific point in time.
I have heard that this can be done by selecting the full recovery model, but my knowledge on the subject is limited.
Is there any resource that can help me on this issue?
Thanks a lot, in advance

In SQL Server Books Online, look for point-in-time in the index.
SQL BAK Explorer - read SQL Server backup file details without SQL Server.
Supports backup files created with SQL Server 2005 up to SQL Server 2017.
