    You can check something with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Upgrade Advisor.

    Otherwise you should consider 4 upgrade options:

    1. Upgrade through Backup/Restore

    2. Upgrade through Attach/Detach

    3. Upgrade using Copy Database Wizard

    4. Upgrade through an in-place install/upgrade

    Did you hear about new version of SQL Server 2008! Why you are trying the upgrade from 2k0 to 2k5, you have available SQL Server 2008 now with more and more features and also it supports the direct upgrade from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008!
