Some time ago, we have upgraded an installation of msde to SQL 2000 Enterprise Edition. Now I notice that certain features that normally ship with the enterprise edition like logshipping are unavailable.
When I look at the properties of SQL Server, the product label still says "SQL Server Desktop Engine".
Is it possible that the upgrade doesn't function correctly?
Should I do a clean install and re-attach the databases?
Thanks,
Jan

That's what I would do if you can afford the down time.

perhaps you didn't upgrade but merely installed a new instance?
