Hi,
1) How can i see what is the version of the SQLNCLI that i have on my box?
2) Does SQLNCLI comes with the operating system as the MDAC?

You can see the SQL Native Client version index under odbcad32 in the drivers tab.
It comes with your installation of SQL. If you want to install it on a separate machine (application server for example) you can run sqlncli.msi or similar. I don't think a version comes with mdac, but it will use the mdac that is installed.
