  Hi

  I have SQL express 2005 and it was working good but sudenly it starts giving the messages

  SQL Server has encountered 4 occurrence(s) of cachestore flush for the 'Object Plans' cachestore (part of plan cache) due to some database maintenance or reconfigure operations.

  I don't understand this problem popped up without any issue.

  I did detaching and atatching the database , DBCC CHECKDB and deleting and restoring the database from backup file but this error is not going away. It is filling the event log every 2 minues.

  Any help will be appreciated.
