MDX returns a ID instead of value.......

    Hi ,

    I am facing problem when i try to pass parameter [DATE].[Year Month] to a subreport it passes an Id [Date].[Year Month].&[33] instead of [Date].[Year Month].&[201201].

    Can somebody help me out how to pass the value [201201] instead of ID [33]...

    In the date dimension of the cube you are using look at the ky property of the year month attribute. The key returns the value 33. Look at the design of the dimension to start.
