I made a brand new SQL development installation on Saturday and when after the installation I checked the logs, I got this error in the SQL Error log. I made a search in MS KB, but there's nothing about it. I'm sure that nobody touched the server. Win2003 Storage server, SQL2k MSDE Enterprice, sp3a.
2004-02-07 20:39:34.82 spid59 Error: 15457, Severity: 0, State: 1
2004-02-07 20:39:34.82 spid59 Configuration option 'allow updates' changed from 1 to 0. Run the RECONFIGURE statement to install..
Did somebody see this before?
Thanks a lot,
MJ

It is just informational message. I have it all the time once you right click the SQL Server and property. Ignore it.

Thanks a lot.
You are right, but there are about 300 entries in the log and was worried about...I'll ignore it.
Thanks again.
