    Hi all,

    Where can find detailed information about the uses of DISTINCT and JOINs such as inner join, outer join, or left join?

    Look in the articles section of this site.  Articles for those topics are probably in the T-SQL articles section.

    The other place to look for definitive information is SQL Server Books Online (this is essentially the SQL Server help file/manual installed with MS SQL).

    Sounds like you are writing an assignment or something rather than trying to use such things in your code.  If you look at the above references and still have questions, plz post them here
