  once a person added a reply this is what shown...

  replies 2

  read 2

  I think replied column should be shown as 1

  Probably should be. We use a 3rd party discussion tool, so came with the package. Considering a change anyway, we'll have to finish that discussion before deciding on other related fixes/changes.
