Can anyone explain me step by step how to set transactional replication between servers to avoid or to solve identity conflicts.
Thanks a lot,

I've tried to do this, but haven't figured it out. If you move to a uniqueidentifier, then you can do merge replication and things will work.

Hi,
I need to use Queued Updating option , I think it's only possible with transaction replication. Please if you have any documents and links about resolving identity conflicts to send it.
Thanks a lot,

You can also setup SNAPSHOT replication with Queued Updating.
Here's a link to relevant white papers on MSDN site:

Keep in mind that I do not think this will handle indentity conflicts. If you allow updates to the subscriber and it takes an identity value already in use in the publisher, you will get a conflict and might lose data. This is my issue and replication does not handle this. A GUID is the only way to get around this, but that doesn't handle child rows.

Thanks a lot,
I resolve Identity conflict with ranges on Publisher and Subscriber on that column.
