Refresh few instances from backup file

    Hi,

    What is the best way to refresh a few tables in the database using source as a .bak file or maybe from (SQL SERVER)[requirements not final yet] ? The source db is approximately 36966 MB .

    The destination database will have several stored procedures and views that should not be wiped off . Hence simply restore cannot be done.

    Restore the backup as another name, then use T-SQL or SSIS (Import/Export Data Wizard) to move the data from tables in question
