This web site, sql-server-performance.com. explore microsoft technet, use google.com/microsoft to search and refer to Books Online, which you can download from technet.
Get hold of SQL Express or the developer edition and practice, in addition to whatever experience you get at work.

What do you need to do with SQL Server? It's a huge platform. I guess that a basic t-SQL course would make some sense. there's a tutorial here: http://www.w3schools.com/SQl/default.asp
I'd also recommend this book: http://www.amazon.com/Beginning-T-SQL-2008-Books-Professionals/dp/1430224614/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1261763622&sr=8-1
I also wrote a "changes" article with a lot of links: http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/News/learningsqlserver2005/1845/

Pinal Dave (sqlauthority.com) has a great collection of SQL Server term and concept definitions at http://blog.sqlauthority.com/2008/09/20/sql-server-2008-interview-questions-and-answers-complete-list-download/[/url]. They are labeled 'SQL Server 2008 interview questions and answers,' but should be mostly relevant for SQL Server 2005 as well.

There are MYSQL links there, but not SQL Server that I see. I would not consider those PHP tutorials the place to learn about SQL Server.

You can review all the sites mentioned however the best thing you could do is purchase a good book on t-sql and get a copy of SQL Server DEV or Express and start hacking away at the Adventureworks DB. You will learn tons by just doing.
