I have a server where my SQL Server Performance counters are always returning a value of "0". I've unloaded and reloaded the cou nters and rebooted. Anyone have an idea?
This may happen if the server is re-booted and the windows performance counter service is running. Turn off the windows perfomance counters, then re-start SQL Server, and then start the windows performance counters service.
