the black box trace may help for the future , but you'd need some way of recording spids vs users. You could ask your users or see if the host name is in the errorlog. It's always very difficult after the event.
You could also raise an incident with microsoft.
If the user who got the error message will own up then you could ask them what they were doing - that's really your best bet I've found without going to microsoft.

I tray DBCC CHECKDB but DBCC CHECK doesn't return any errors now, but in past was problem with one database:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Incorrect PFS free space information for page (1:537) in object ID 60,
index ID 1, partition ID 281474980642816, alloc unit ID 71776119065149440 (type LOB data).
Expected value 0_PCT_FULL, actual value 100_PCT_FULL.
CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 1 consistency errors in table 'sys.sysobjvalues' (object ID 60).
CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 1 consistency errors in database 'db_name'.
repair_allow_data_loss is the minimum repair level for the errors found by DBCC CHECKDB (db_name).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
so I run
dbcc checkdb ('db_name', repair_allow_data_loss)
with
no_infomsgs
and received:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Msg 8914, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Incorrect PFS free space information for page (1:537) in object ID 60, index ID 1,
partition ID 281474980642816, alloc unit ID 71776119065149440 (type LOB data). Expected value
0_PCT_FULL, actual value 100_PCT_FULL.
The error has been repaired.
CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 1 consistency errors in table 'sys.sysobjvalues' (object ID 60).
CHECKDB fixed 0 allocation errors and 1 consistency errors in table 'sys.sysobjvalues' (object ID 60).
CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 1 consistency errors in database 'db_nameToRepair'.
CHECKDB fixed 0 allocation errors and 1 consistency errors in database 'db_nameToRepair'.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error gone but errors from first message probably appear after that dbcc checkdb ('db_name', repair_allow_data_loss), I'm not sure.
Does somebody know how resolve this problem, please?
