WHILE RUNNING MY QUERY I GET ERROR:
Could not allocate new page for database 'TEMPDB'. There are no more pages available in filegroup DEFAULT. Space can be created by dropping objects, adding additional files, or allowing file growth.
PLZ SUGGEST THE OPTIMIZE WAY TO FIX IT

Clear space on the disk to allow tempdb to grow or change the query so that it uses less tempdb space.
Do you have all the databases in simple recovery mode or have transaction log backups implemented?
If not then set all databases to simple ercovery mode and shrink the transaction logs. This should clear space on the disk.
