SP3 installation fails. MSP Error: 29534Service 'MSSQL$APP1' could not be started.

  I tried to install SP3 on 2 instances APP1 and APP2 using unattended install. After installation, i could not start the services from Configuration manager. Also Hotfix.log file shows the following :

  MSP Error: 29534 Service 'MSSQL$APP1' could not be started. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services. The error code is (1069) The service did not start due to a logon failure.

  From where can i enable to get sufficient privileges. Can someone give the steps please.

  Hi,

  SQL Service was unable to start due to invalid password for the account which you are using for running sql server. Give the correct password in the services.msc and try to start the sql service.
