  Hi

  I pretty sure you can't use DNS Aliases with replication and you can use them with log shipping but can anyone point me to an article or KB that confirms this or can anyone tell me that this is the case.

  Also, can you use DNS aliases with mirroring?

  I tried searching but could come up with nothing definative.
