When I try to create database maintenance plans i get this error "No description Found" although entering complete description details. I upgraded SP1 for SQL 2005 but still the error remains. Does anybody have any solution for this?

I had this exact problem and opened a case with MSFT.. Here is what they had me do... fixed it.
To resolve the problem, perform the following steps:
1. Stop the SQL Server.
2. Run the following commands:
regsvr32 drive:\absolute\path\of\sqldmo.dll
regsvr32 drive:\absolute\path\of\sqlvdi.dll
3. Start the SQL Serv

I checked in my server but couldn't find any of the files. where should i locate these files?
