  reports email subscription is not working in SQL 2008 r2

  error we are getting ‘sending mail the requested body part was not found’.Please help me on this

  This looks to be a generic error message with respect to your SMTP relay server. Have you properly configured important aspects such as Access, Security (outbound security, login info), Delivery (size) etc. in the properies of SMTP relay server? See attachment. Check in "bad mails" folder and see if it's getting dumped over there... More importantly make sure port 25 is open.
